Google Sidewiki can add notes about web pagesJust last week Google launched a new tool call ed Google Sidewiki which makes it easy to post your own comments next to website pages for other people to read. Google Sidewiki is a narrow pop-up browser panel which sits on the side of your screen and displays the notes and comments that others have written about a given web page. You must be a user of Sidewiki and you can post your own messages as well as read others but you cannot edit others comments or notes. Google recent notes in their blog post said that Sidewiki was a great system to allow information about pages to be contributed. Another algorithm helps sort the best quality entries and shows them at he top of the panel that sits on your screen.
